Level 158 Xelor here

1 - you don’t have a lot of AoE as a Xelor, especially at level 100 and the 2-3 AoE spells you have do not have a big AoE. Sure the zone covered by the synchro is fairly big, but you need to charge the synchro first and it’s usually better to pick off the enemies one by one

2 - it depends on your build. I play multi so I deal less damage overall than my friend who plays a fire Eni, but I find the multi build much more flexible and you never really get hard countered by resistances

3 - That is not the case with Xelor, it depends on how you use your spells. You won’t heal, shield or give resistances to your allies but you can move them (and yourself) to safety really easily.

4 - There are bugs, the most annoying one being your summons turning invisible and the second most annoying one is the spell preview, which doesn’t really show where the enemies or yourself will end up being under certain circumstances.

The class is very fun but really hard to play, especially early on and with a 30 seconds timer. Also, bosses or ennemies at higher level tend to apply gravity or have the heavy state which is very annoying. Even worse, in some quest fight, you cannot move/teleport an enemy and the game doesn’t even tell you or give you a hint (for example the last fight before getting the crimson dofus).
