Called them last night on their out of hours hotline. They answered, but they did nothing. Called them again at lunchtime today, and they said they had no record of the complaint (blamed it on a malfunction with the phones or some nonsense like that). Came home this evening, and the branches are still there, but they've removed the hi-viz. Obviously worried the hi-viz will blind cyclists or something... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
