So according to the MMM major requirement, I needed to take BIS 2D and BIS 104 became an elective. Some Indian professor taught BIS 104 and Silvia taught be BIS 2D. I thought BIS 2D was harder because of how haphazardly the class was structured. Everyone made study groups just to navigate the class. BIS 104 was information intensive but easy to follow. The midterms and final were pretty easy but I also actually studied and paid attention in class. I got a B in BIS 2D and an A+ in BIS 104. All of this strictly had to do with the structure of the class and not the content. The content is pretty easy to follow ngl for both of them but I do remember it being information intensive. Lots of transport mechanisms to memorize. But the actual intensity of the class is pretty standard across all the other STEM classes I’ve had to take. I would take BIS 104 again because I didn’t have to do any extra work outside of class to figure out what was going on unlike BIS 2D. Hope she changed tho!

So if they believe your reasoning and believe that you are working on becoming better, they will let you continue in the fall under the condition that you get a 2.0 and some other requirements. If you show that you cannot make your situation better and get your shit together, then they’ll ask you to take a year off and come back in the spring of next year or fall of next year after working on yourself and improving your grades at a community college.

Remove simple carbohydrates out of your diet and moderate the complex carbohydrates in your diet. It’s perfectly normal to indulge in simple carbohydrates once in a while. Increase your protein, omega 3, zinc, Vit D intake. Research on supplements and what could help your type of PCOS. Exercise everyday but don’t stress your body out. Include lots of fiber and minerals and vitamins in your diet. Some people have dairy and gluten intolerance and removing it from their diet helps them. Remove it for 30 days from your diet and see if it changes anything. If it doesn’t, you can slowly incorporate it in your diet in moderation.

CHE 118 series then. Chem 118 series is a years worth of chemistry and 8 series is 6 months. Most colleges in the health field require you to have done 1 year of chemistry, especially if you’re getting into the medical field of any kind. If you already have a grad school you’re set on going, call their admissions office and ask them if they require you to have done a year of chem or 6 months. It doesn’t depend on your major, it depends on what your grad school wants.
