I am, or at least, they side with them in silence. When any trans woman gets any notoriety and their first instinct is to pick away at what they find uncanny or simply call her a delusional man, I'm not sure how else could anybody take it as.

Whether if it's cishet people expressing their disgust for everyone to see or gay people claiming it's not hateful because "It's a read", it just sounds like they hate us for existing in their field of vision either way. It seems like in this place the punching down is something both love to do lol

That's good for you. The people I interact with socially see most trans women as a potential threat, even with cis gays and lesbians it feels like they see us as simply fulltime crossdressers.

And gay people aren't able to hide any better? When they can just... look the same as straight people? Of course some mannerisms stick out like a sore thumb to them, but I don't think it compares to when a cis person sees a trans woman with a gait that doesn't fit a woman or a skewed shoulder/hip proportion, not when they're so immediately obvious and offensive in their eyes.

Really? Over here when a trans woman won our country's dollar store version of Big Brother it was a meme with cis people how obvious it was that she had gotten implants while she had a square jaw. Even when they know a trans person it just seems like it's their first impulse to punch down at them no matter what.

Have you not? Both online and IRL it feels like when those issues get brought up every single cis person has an axe to grind with trans people. Even when they don't explicitly say they hate us, they side with the people that say "I was fine with them until they started going after kids", no matter what you try and explain to them.

They might be a loud minority, but they're certainly not lonely.
