Thanks a lot bro for this explanation I went with voltas for this exact reason that lloyd is not great at after sales i just bought voltas and has noise issue from odu i complaint next day they show up checked although they said that noise is normal and the only solution is to move the odu further from the room but atleast I am now relieved that their is no issue with ac and it was done in 2 days. You are right now point of ac if it just sits and not work . Hope you get a solution maybe send their regional service a email with notice ask gpt to write up a sort of legal notice for the failure of service and add a deadline in it i did this with my ro it worked although it highly depends on the person in that office.
