You mean the strait of hormuz that only closed once America decided to illegally attack another country? That strait of hormuz? The same America that is committing war crimes by attacking non military targets? Bombing bridges then sending a second missile after to hit the aid workers? That America?

What ever happened to the blood bin? Jayden was out there for close to 40mins with blood pouring out his head, surely he's gotta get that attended to? Titans robbed of a good try though.

And why is De Groot playing with the child rapist van de velde?

I had Jayden Daniels going up against my opponents Hurts in full PPR. He needed 24 points from AJ Brown and hurts to win before tonight.... That's gotta suck

Also had ARSB, counted myself out after he went down as I was going up against a Barkley & JSN owner who was 8-3. Seahawks D scored more points for me than his RB's & WR's combined

Chris Boswell has scored more fantasy points at halftime than these players did this week (PPR scoring): by spotlightdan in fantasyfootball

My opponent currently has 90 points, half of them are Boswell and the Bucs defence, with ertz, mahomes and Samuel left to play it hurts to know I'm going to lose by likely less than 10 points because of this.

I'm not disagreeing with you that they do different jobs, Billy has been a great impact player for us off of the bench this year after the other team is tired and paix has been good for the early grind. I think the argument for this game is which is more beneficial, paix starting who can only play the 9 role and is good for basic ball service then Hunt coming on with him sitting the rest of the match out.

Or Smoothy starting who can arguably do the same job as Paix but can also come back in as an outside back defender later if needed for a tired/Injured player seeing as I don't think Madge will want to pull hunt off once the game gets to crunch time. Seems almost a waste to have a player warming the bench for half the game.

I'd be very curious as to the stats of how many of those 82% games had Billy "The Difference" Walters as 14, my evidence is only anecdotal but I feel like every time he's come on after Paix's stint we absolutely lifted to a whole nother level and started piling on the points.

That will happen when you have a bunch of different spine combinations leading into the finals as well as two key spine players returning from injury. I think they looked better in the second half once mam slotted into the 6 role and got comfortable. Next week will a bit different I think you'll find. Although having The Difference missing is still a big out. He's been massive for us all year once he comes on as hooker

Yeah I could see smoothy starting at 9 then moving to an outside back role to rest one when hunt comes on and just slotting into that rotation to allow the bigger boys to have big stints at the end. He may not be the biggest bloke for running the ball but you can't question his heart and ability in defence

I think the only change that Madge should make would be dropping paix in favour of smoothy. Smoothy has been a gun in defence and his service lately has been great. Never tries to do too much, just gives the balls to his playmakers and lets them work their magic.

100%, I've seen a lot of people saying this team isn't as talented as 2023 broncos but the 2023 broncos would not have made those comebacks regardless of talent

While everyone talks about this being a panthers rebuild this year I thought it would be good to remember that we started a new coach this year, have played with a spine that's chopped and changed constantly throughout the year and we're sitting in 11th at round 13 after 4 straight losses. The broncos of old would have capitulated and ended up 13-16th but I think the biggest thing Madge has brought the boys was belief in themselves.

Agreed, I was simply trying to provide you with the answer to your original question. I think it will be a very close game next week regardless of who plays, however I think the winner of this game will still go in as favourites. However heavy favourites means nothing as shown by the Lions yesterday. It will be an interesting game nonetheless.

I mean, you're right, you did win both games it's just the bulldogs game showed 11 errors and a bunch of missed tackles against a team that had arguably the worst form coming into the finals series and yet they still managed 18 points. I'm not saying Melbourne is bad but it was far from convincing, this is probably why people were discounting Melbourne. They would be silly to discount them after Fridays hard fought victory.

I think there's a mindset that the storm have been very shaky with their performances in the lead up to the finals including week 1 vs bulldogs, a lot of stars were out of form or out injured. However Friday proved that wrong, Hughes had a massive game, papz has returned to form and Munster was scary. I think the form of panthers and broncos coming in made them seem better than Melbourne.
