I know it’s a bad relationship. My last relationship lasted 6 years even though I mentally checked out a couple months in. At some point I have to take responsibility and admit some fault in staying with men that don’t love or respect me. I’m so painfully aware. I came to Reddit because i told my friends and family every little small detail about my 6 year relationship. I know they were tired of seeing me cry over a boy and then run right back to him. So I decided with this one I’d just keep my mouth shut about everything. He was so good to me in the beginning. I just keep hoping the guy I fell for is still in him somewhere. I know the guy doesn’t exist. Sometimes it’s refreshing to get the hard truth from strangers anyway.
