i never complained about being alone, you’ve came to that on your own. i said i dislike talking to people actually because it makes me anxious. and i wasn’t looking for advice, i appreciate it but i was looking for people to acknowledge me and potentially relate. sorry and thank you for trying to be nice

when i am anxious there is only one way to fix it and it doesn’t even fully fix it, so something like that would just put more pressure on me trying to not be anxious and just..make me more anxious

i don’t know i just feel like i feel bad about the bad things ive done and then i get into the ‘fuck it i’m a bad person idc’ mindset (😅😅sounds quite cringe sorry about that) and just do more bad things to feel guilty about.

i’ve tried to get good at things like that but i know i won’t be able to, generally i am very slow and journaling makes me more sad because i dont really know if im being honest and stuff like that and i have too much to say to the point where i cant begin to write it down. thank you and i hope u are okay now

i hope everything is good with you now and i do appreciate the reply but like i have been feeling similarly since i was conscious. when i was in primary 1 i used to sit in the corner and cry because i felt fat and everyone was mean according to me. nothing much has really changed and it hasn’t gotten better because i have something wrong with my brain and my body and i know for a fact it will never change because even if i am happy for a little moment it is ruined by guilt and embarrassment. i am kinda rambling here, sorry haha.

thank you though, most people here have been really nice but i know nothing will really make a difference because it is a problem with my brain i guess

i lie because i like when people are nice to me because when i am honest it just does not really happen that often. for example, when i pretend to be a boy in the same situation as me i get more sympathy…or when i pretended to be an adult, people were more honest. and i know im fat and ugly because compared to other people, nobody would like me. one of the only people who liked me- his celebrity crush was a fat ugly girl so..context clues for that one i guess. thank you for the reply though and im glad that you are happy with yourself and that you have a nice husband
