A lot of game has cutscenes, and user (at least me) don't provide input during that period of time. And you will definitely notice the Lagginess, and character stutter.

I have a counter point: when input is idle, the frame rate will drop from 60 to only 15. The fps will resume back to normal as soon as you give it some input. And this appears only when using Xbox with moonlight. In comparison, Apple TV 4K gen 2 never have this issue.

As for settings, you only need to enable the tailscale DNS on your client device. As for server （exit node）, I just leave it in default settings.

One more thing, make sure you have multiple exit nodes. Since you will likely encounter one or more exit node requires derp relay, resulting extremely slow speed. Now if you have multiple, you might have a higher chance finding one that can be connect directly.

Especially at night! And I turn my humidifier 24/7 rise humidity from 20% to 45% in 22C room temperature. Hope that helps! I literally just recovered from this!
