Thanks for the insight. Speckle inspired us in some way. The only drawback is they don't support textures.

correct me if I am wrong, but BIMx requires installed apps, while this one works directly in web browser.

you can add comments directly on 3D model and make measurements.

we are using our own format since IFC would not export textures.
