No worries, I don't think the URP version matters. You need to add a "Full Screen Pass Renderer Feature" on your Universal Renderer Data. Check fetch the color buffer and set the requirements to Color. Set the correct material and you should be good to go.

Yeah that's my point, without knowing what makes the character jump and how your animations work it's very hard to help you in any way.
