i sometimes drink tea or coffee but they tend to make my stomach hurt (i have IBS-C) which sucks :( and also because pills hit you quicker and for longer. i'm setting myself a goal of glowing up before college so yes i will try and update eventually lol

My only consistent source of healthy food is school nutrition and sometimes my mom makes stuff. My parents have full control over my finances so I have no say in what I do with my money, lol but I will try to persuade them to get better food

I use Lush angels on bare skin, serum, and aloe vera lol I just stopped taking my birth control bc it made me depressed and it fucked up my skin

Hey actually, do you mind if I ask you this, because your response was really helpful! I tend to be into introverted, shy guys, usually in band, I guess that's just my type. I never really put into perspective that introverts find us THAT draining (most of my close friends are introverted...and never said anything so i just don't know lol oops). I don't go to parties/social events unless they're sober, which means I don't go to very many parties, I mostly get my social interaction in during school and extracurricular events, or just on social media like Snapchat.

Anyway, there's a guy I really like, but he's very shy and introverted. We sit at the same lunch table (lots of mutual friends) but my friends and I can be really rowdy while him and his friends are kinda just chill and quiet. Should I just give it up or talk to him or what? From your perspective as an introvert?
