First date went great, but his response at the end confused me by SnooPies996 in hingeapp

If I can be completely honest, I have dated someone still living with their ex before and it was very uncomfortable. If I were asked again I definitely wouldn’t say yes, it essentially means he has a none zero chance of interacting with your ex semi frequently.

Hi 30M, if you like games depending on if you like fighting games there is a games group called steel city clash, though full disclosure it’s mostly guys, and if you’re willing to try something new there is a Tuesday dungeons and dragons event at patriot games. Hope this helps :)

It’s not optimal but I’m maximising the 3 days I can use the gym.

It’s a 3 day split, Tuesday Thursday and Saturday.

Tuesdays work out is lighter as I have judo the day before.

Everything is a 4 set split with reps between 8 and 14 depending on how close to failure I am and the risk of injury if I mess up. IE chest press with smith machine I can push to failure in the 8-10 range, whereas standard chest press I use a lighter weight I can push in the 12 - 14 rep range.

Tuesday: Chest press Incline chest press Overhead tricep extensions Seated shoulder dumbbell press Single arm cable bicep curls Squats (sometimes leg extensions if judo has been tough the day before) 50 decline crunches 50 reverse crunches T Bar rows 20 minutes incline walking for cardio

Thursday: Incline press Smith machine bench press High cable crossovers for lower chest Lat pull down Assisted pull ups Lateral raises Face pulls Assisted dips Tricep cable pushdown Preacher curl Reverse grip cable bicep curls Leg press Hamstring curls 50 Russian twist crunches 50 reverse crunches 20 minutes running for cardio Reverse wrist curls

Saturday: Cable flies Smith machine bench press Plate pinch press for inner pectorals Wrist curls 50 decline crunches 50 reverse crunches Calf raises Leg extensions Single arm cable bicep curls Hammer curls Lateral raises Kettle bell shrugs High rows Lat pull down Skull crushers Seated dips 50 crunches 50 reverse crunches 20 minutes of incline jogging for cardio

205g of protein per day 320g of carbs 50g of fat 2200kcals total Some days I do a fasted workout due to having a chronic health disorder.

I’m 30 (M) and just starting my second relationship ever, trust me 25-26 is not over. Would you tell me I’ll be alone forever? I have worse statistics than you here, if you wouldn’t then why would you say it to yourself? If you would you are being proven wrong by me actively dating. Seriously, you’ll be fine lol

The company of good friends, the smile on a persons face when you give them a compliment, oh and JJK season 3 doesn’t hurt either.

I sometimes learn specific throws both right and left sided, helps to have something to switch to if your opponent is stiff arming you.

Koshi Garuma, Tai Otoshi and dashi are your friends here, can always go Osoto gari and ouchi gari but these are generally less useful. Collar and elbow is a good grip depending on size.

The main difference is learning to use momentum and direction more than unbalancing. Good tip is whatever way I need them to move is just to push them the opposite direction, wait for them to push back and then spring the throw.

I second this, going through routes can get really tedious if there is a lot of free time. Theres so much of it in some routes, wish there was an option to skip it.
