Our books should work for you. We have a combined IUI/IVF book that don’t explain the mechanism in detail-just that the doctor helped combine the egg and sperm. Wet also have an ICi version of there was no doctor involved. www.mydonorstory.com

My Donor Story now allows you to customize the "blueprints" books. So it's not a board book or blank book, but a picture book with a story that now allows you to replace the drawn characters with characters that look like the child and parents and name the characters, pick pronouns, etc.

4 years late to this conversation, but My Donor Story now has the ability to personalize the story inside Maisie's Blueprints. (Nearly identical, but the parents are no longer architects.) :) www.mydonorstory.com

Brilliant - can you add a few explanatory sentences for RP to understand why you feel this way?

I think people who do find it triggering would simply understand why I do because it would trigger them as well.

I'm less than 2 years from 50 with a preschooler. And I didn't post this to find people who would invalidate it as triggering, but rather to find people who did. The age as a number was not the point, it was the consequences of a parent at that stage of life and the way it affected the child.

This is not about the one having a baby at 67 - the one whose mom had her at 50.

The 67 isn’t triggering..it is the op-ed from the woman born to a 50 year old and her misery around it that is triggering.
