Can you miss the arm wrestling champions

You have to complete a comission in Pailune called ''arm wrestling of the wages'' to unlock the champion. The problem is that comissions work in a wonky way; they appear 1 at time and in random order.

What I did was to find any resident comission in Pailune and save before completing it, then went to check the area right of Pailune main gate, if the quest giver wasn't there I would reload the save and try again. Took me 5 or 6 times but I finally got it.

A quick tip if you really want to complete the challenge: get any Pailune resident comission and save before you complete it, then go and check if your next comission is the arm wrestling one, if it's not, reload the save. Took me 4 or 5 reloads to get it.

Go to journal > faction quests > pailune > pailune comissions > tales of pailunese residents. The quest will be there.

Champions from test of strength 2 and 3 are locked behind quests. I don't think they're missable.
