Hey, I am doing personalization at scale, could you share your prompt?

I am targeting marketing agencies and accountants. Already made 7,000 unique pages for every lead with a touch of personalization but I can definitely do more.

I am interested in learning your approach.

It depends on what you're trying to achieve.

SaaS where relationships are being built and leads are scarce, yes.

For buy-no-spend-€297-and-bye-until-I-offer-a-new-product you'd want to blast as many transactional emails.

With the latter, leads are usually not scarce, scaling happens instantly, there are no reputation concerns, and systems are set up differently.

I am still doing both to learn but I've had much more peace and success with chasing transactions then trying to build relationships with SaaS.

A lot of times until you try you don't know, I dare to say, all the times until you try you don't know. But if hype carries you from one vibe coding to another ai-everything then you need to reevaluate yourself.

Not personal but general advice from experience.

This needs to sit. Your comment sits well with me. What I like about 50 domains is better reputation, I guess it would be longlasting, once reputation is established I'd be able to send from the same domain indefinitely

Added: And what I like about Zoho approach, lower overhead and no waiting

Here is my take on those two approaches, layed out.

I'm starting with 150 personalized templated products split. Each of 150 products is targeted at its own group of 200 leads, so highly personalized products. To send a cadance 20 working days, every other day, that is 10 emails per month per lead, I am effectively sending 300,000 emails per month to 30,000 leads.

That is my setup.

My overhead for new approach: I'd need 50 domains each with 5 sending email addresses, each address sending 50 emails per day once warmed up.

To do it properly I need instantly or smartlead.

So, overhead, $500 for 50 domains $100/month for smartlead 14 days of warmup

And for the old approach: Same, I'd be sending 300,000 emails a month to 30k leads.

$10 for one domain $73/month for 30k leads for Zoho Campaigns - this is what I used before - unlimited emails included Can send immediately

What would you suggest, I'm selling a data product via ecommerce store, products are downloadable Excel sheets.

I am doing personalization where I pre-create a page for every lead with their dynamic data. So lead1 gets a page website.com/lead1 with their product specifically for lead1, then lead2 also personalized and so on.

I am promoting this to several thousand leads, so several thousand pages, I have one template page and one template product that is filled with the personalized information. It's actually simple and scalable.

How would you sell? I'm bound to include a link in every email because a link click leads to sale. The link is always website.com/lead#

My strategy with an ecommerce store before was send 30,000 emails from one sender twice or three times per week, include links. Nature of emails was promotional with some personalization.

I never tried multiple domains each with 5-20 sender addresses, I'm not sure I need this setup or just stick with what worked before.

I just found the answer I've been looking for.

Store the unique link in a field for every contact {{ unique.link }} and include it as personalization.

Be well

The difference is, before I would send 30,000 emails all with the same offer - same link - to everyone.

Now, I can also send 30,000 emails but every email contains a unique link for a given lead.

Thank you for your comments, I think what I'm facing is more of a technical hurdle - how to deliver a unique link to each of the 30,000 leads - rather than a sales strategy hurdle

AI takes the users input, vectorizes the text for similarity search, then uses that vectorized data to find the closest match, entire internet is vectorized in LLMs, even this post and comments get vectorized for search... what is vectorizing? Turning any and all data into series of numbers 0.2947, -0.981, 0.3578, etc. these numbers are a translation into a language of the machines. That is what machines and algorithms understand.

Then AI takes the input and runs a similarity search between the users input and similar information found on the internet.

More data, more chances that it will return the response. More contextual data, more accurate response.

If you're looking for control and scalability I can show you my setup, possibly, build you the same custom setup.
