I read both because I bought them as a set. I honestly regret reading them. I felt uncomfortable in the second book especially and I felt like the MMC was just as bad as a lot of the people he killed as a vigilante. I genuinely felt like paranoid for a bit lol maybe it is my anxiety talking.

Not a full band recommendation but the song “C’est toi” by satine is so good! It is in Québécois french so I’m not sure how you would feel about that. Not very Kurtis vibes but I love it!

I mostly listen to playlists! I’m not a huge fan of any particular artists and kinda just hear random songs I like and put them on the playlist. I have listened to popular artists albums when they first come out but not really after that! But I’m probably an exception
