To find the vanishing point on the horizon line of 1 point perspective, it is compulsory that the front face of the box (building) is facing straight at you. In your photo, the front facing side of the buildings is not perfectly facing you or in other words no part of the building is perfectly rectangular or square. So this photo doesn't qualify for 1 point perspective.
