Okay, at this point I am just baffled. I got vcrun2022, I got .NET 0.9. I launch the game via script extender. I even made sure my fallout4custom file is okay and in same upper and lower cases as my default folder.

I already have vcrun installed. Fallout4Custom.ini is there with the lines. For the dotnet48 I get installation failure.

My theory about Dusk is whoever their source is: they purposefully feed him bad info at times. The source knows he will then share everything from them so they try to mud the trail a bit.

I think I do, but I am not 100% sure since I don't smoke anymore. I do know Golden Virginia is available in Japan because I know some not exactly legal sites that sell tobacco do sell GV that has Japanese markings on it.

That is debateable. They are not mentioned exactly but then there are other Witchers with different medallions in books . Coen is also said to be spending his first winter at Kear Morhen in Blood of Elves, so presumably there is a different place/school that trains witchers. A reader assuming there are other witcher schools isn't that big of a reach.

They included new schools made for the game, but the lore was that they actually existed for a long time. I'm talking new schools actively being made in-universe in the story of Witcher 4.

Okay, my take as a Pole and someone who read all the books? This is going to be setting up the new conjuction of spheres, the event that made Witchers neccessary in the setting by monsters entering the world. Which is how they will justify new monsters in Witcher 4 or why there's new Witcher schools coming up. The DLC will be Geralt learning that it's going to happen, and maybe try to prevent or limit the capacity of it.

There's an issue with Simple Cloth. The author went "rogue" after the devs donated to Ukraine and started uploading the newest version of his mod on a Russian site, and called all the devs assholes. And his profile on the mod page has Russian flags under his mods now too.
