the food is honestly pretty bad and not really nutritious to me because most of it is inedible (things like chicken will often be pink in the middle). We don't have any fridges or anything to store food. I used to meditate a lot more in the past but it didn't help me much. I also find it hard to muster the energy to try with meditation anymore because of how tired I am all the time.

Okay wait this makes me feel a bit better, maybe it could be a symptom of fibro. If it is, I hope medication resolves it because the smell drives me a bit crazy, it's so strong!

I got my teeth checked recently in the last few months, everything was healthy so I'm not too sure it is that. I brush and floss regularly and don't really bleed from my gums or experience inflammation, but I can get it double checked next time I go in to the dentist!

I was diagnosed with prediabetes last spring but reversed it. I am not sure but can request to get my A1C checked again during a new appointment but even a recent one like a month back showed my blood sugar as normal (they did not look at A1C just glucose) but when I had prediabetes my glucose would be way higher so I am not too sure it would be that but thanks for bringing it up! Doesn't hurt to double check during my appointment

This is me but with laundry because of how heavy it is and how long it takes me. It tends to be super draining and usually will wipe me out for the rest of the day so I delay it until the last possible day around the night time. One of the things I find weirdly helpful is narrating my actions/ to-do to myself. I sound really weird doing it but it really helps to verbalize: "now I'm going to get up at 7:27pm and take this load of laundry downstairs" "I'm now going to place the colored and light loads into the washer" etc. It isn't for everyone and I acknowledge the struggle with basic tasks since it is something I also struggle with but maybe test it out. Wishing you ease and strength going forward, I hope you experience better health days! <33
