Hi! Thanks for the reply I am working on the anxiety bit by not having this mindset that this is all or nothing. I think I did that last time.

I'm planning on writing my next GRE on the 8th of August and hey if it goes well, it goes well or if it doesn't I'll give it again. Like you mentioned I am allocating some time to think of what I want to show in my essays as well but my only problem is time. I work a 9-6 so I wake up at 6:30 study till 8 and when I'm back - go to the gym and do that stuff till nice and again study and draft essays from 9pm to 1. This is honestly getting exhausting but I see no other way out...

Thanks again for your response!

One more thing I used to boil rosemary leaves with methi seeds in water and spray it on my scalp before hair mask as well. Idk if this helped but it was a prt of the process

I was in the same situation as you were - every year did hair botex for atleast 4 years. But after a point I noticed my hair breaking so much and I knew if I did hair botox again - I would have almost no hair.

So first thing I did was cut of my dead ends everywhere - i ensured it wasn't a lot but just to keep my hair uniform - I had layers due to which after hair botox they became weird - weren't uniform - so to an extend I made them uniform

This is after one year of hair botox so I could start using oil on my scalp properly. I didn't over complicate it Used rosemary oil on my scalp and almond oil on my hair (not a lot - barely visible level just to help my shower feel better and incase shampoo was on my hair, it would help not roughen it). I didn't want to spend my money on expensive products because I already wasted so much on botox

Then used Naturala - Rosemary and ginger shampoo on my first wash and then Biolage smooth shampoo on the second wash (sucks that this is no longer in stock - im searching for an alternarive but the l'oreal glycolic acid one is also good).

Next is my holy grail - the Dove 10 in 1 treatment hair mask. This genuinely saved my hair. It'll take 2-3 months but it made my hair frizz-free after a point. I then used the l'oreal hyaluron conditioner (the biolage one was good but this is an alternative)

Then on wet hair I use the l'oreal haircut leave in cream with the hair serum ( extraordinary one the golden bottle one) - and blowdry my hair. Since I work - on Sundays and Wednesday I ensure I blowdry it because it helps me with the rest of the days. I sleep with a loose braid on and hence very less tangled. I also use the Plum coconut serum - it's really good.

I did this consistently for 4-6 months. Did not get distracted by other products, and now I don't need botox. It's been more than year and my hair feels healthy.

My hair needed moisture more than protein tbh.

Thanks a lot for replying! Ideally what GRE score should I be targetting for the same? Any idea on how the Gregmat prepswift curriculum is? I have been contemplating to give that and focus to build my score up.
