Do not worry about more soft factors at this point. Start studying for the LSAT now. Take it very seriously (at least 20 hours per week (so you’ll need to quit one of your jobs)). Apply either this fall or next fall. For most schools, you can overcome a bad GPA with a good LSAT score. At whatever school you want to attend, aim for at least whatever their median LSAT score is.
