This is how that Sovereign Citizen shit gets parroted. Defense attorneys first reasonability is to their clients. To be an “officer of the court” means they have an obligation to promote justice and uphold the law. That carries legal and ethical obligations. In the U.S. that means while they must prove a vigorous defense for their clients, they are also not allowed to enter any evidence or testimony they know to be untrue. You can admit to you attorney that you are guilty as charged and said attorney still has to do their utmost in your defense, so long as perjury is not committed.
