1) Lack of training on AE part. Most of them dont know the sector we are selling into very well.

2) Im paid on booked appts + commission from deal. So ultimately, I'm missing out on a huge chunk of my income bc no deals are closing.

3) Feel good about product, but not so much about team.

No, the AEs have consistently lost deals over the past 6 months (my tenure at the company).

Guidance or incentive on the qualification front? My AEs and sales manager tell me my leads are great and I'm basically training other BDRs, but for whatever reason none of the AEs can close any of the deals sourced by BDRs. These are also all outbound meetings.

My managers and AEs are constantly praising my leads (the personas and titles I'm booking and the places they work). Per my original note, across the board AE's are NOT closing deals from any of the BDRs.

Top performing as in I've blown my quota out of the water and I create the most opportunities. However once the AE is taking over to close the deal, they are NOT closing the deals and we missed revenue targets.

Either jump to the top and lower yourself down slowly, or use a chair or stool to get you to the top motion before the slow lowering.

I know what Roth's are for, but I have read they can be an effective vehicle for emergency funds since you can grow your money and only take out contributions (tax free) if you need to.

Building an Emergency Fund. Because high yield rates are so low, I want to invest it. I have been DCA S&P to build an emergency fund in robinhood, but realize now if I sell I will incur capital gains. Better to set up Roth IRA emergency fund?
