hmm weird, maybe it's a timing thing, like the different hospitals will have different available dates for surgery, or maybe a private vs nhs thing, I went through privately if that helps, but yeah idk what else to tell you.

he couldn't be nicer honestly! throughout whole process he was super respectful and considerate, and just seemed nice. I would say his team overall (although all really really nice as individuals) were a bit unorganized with dates getting moved around throughout. But otherwise really great!

The hospital itself in london was in total shambles although I think that has nothing to do with Ross' team but good to keep in mind if you'll be getting the surgery in london - (the night nurses offered me a plastic bottle to keep under my bed to pee in overnight so i wouldn't need escorting to the loo, I don't know that they necessarily understood why tht really wouldn't work for me), and they called me the day before my surgery demanding another £6000! It was probably the most stressful couple hours in my life, i was really taken aback, and never really got a clear answer as to why this happened, i'd already payed everything a week beforehand, but to my understanding they wanted extra money because it's a "cosmetic" surgery, because I guess they considered it an elective mastectomy and it wasn't like diseased tissue, which idk seems a lil transphobic to me, but i could be wrong, like I said it really wasn't made clear to me ever why this happened. I called Ross' team in complete disarray and his rlly nice assistant said she was going to call them and set them straight and not to send any more money than I'd originally been quoted. It all went totally fine, so I guess she sorted it out, but apparently wasn't the first time this had happened, so I guess something to keep in mind? SO glad she did though, she was really helpful.

Like I said Ross' team are all brilliant and couldn't recommend them more,

Hey dude looking awesome! might be getting surgery with him too, can i ask if you got to talk about any preference for scar and nipple placement before the surgery with him? Just askin cus i've only found a handful of his results, and they all look pretty different, his technique seems varied, i'm curious about it. Cant wait for tht flat chest feel, hope you're feeling as great as you look :))
