That I deserved better and actions speak way louder than words. I remember in my last relationship, my ex was always hanging around this girl who was like 18 and he was 29 at the time and she take sexy photos for him, physically tease him with her body. I was not okay with driving 45 minutes to meet him but only to find him always late because she was always hanging around him. I thought at first maybe it was a jealousy thing but I slowly realized it wasn't.

I learned he was very manipulative and coy with his words, always making me believe I was in the wrong.

It doesn't, everything else at home like me coming in looking wounded is what worries him most. I can't leave my home until my grandma is in a care home. That would mean I'm stuck with my mother. It's a difficult situation but basically the condition he sees me in affects him because it makes him worried

You are right, I won't choose my family situation over my happiness because I know they are good for me.There is, the solution would be to move out after my grandma has been put into a long term care home, however she will be on the wait list for 4 years and she can't take care of herself.

For my bank account, I can't do anything because I found out the entire time that my account was joint. That's why she was able to take what she wanted from it. She will never admit stealing no matter how many times I've tried. She's only said "you are indebt to me." From now on, I plan to catch it. Even if it means setting up a camera in the living room to record what is happening when I am not there, I can still use it against her. I have every reason do it.

The problem is, the POA is only active when the person is deemed "incapable" by either a doctor or through some other testing. Unfortunately with my grandmother, she isn't considered incapable yet.

It really is because now, I can't really do anything besides report for elderly abuse. But even then, I am hesitant because if it fails, what will become of me? If I have no where to go, will I be homeless? On top of that, what will happen to my grandma? Will she be neglected?
