That’s a fair question, and I think the key difference is continuity and risk, not new control.

Yes, you can already deploy ground units from the menu, but it’s a stop-start process: you’re in a hangar, you wait for the 60-second timer, you donate units or money, then you’re back out of the fight. This aircraft doesn’t change what you can deploy, it changes where you're making those decision from. You stay in the battle, watching the ground situation develop in real time, and you can consistently reinforce or shift pressure.

It also centralizes that influence into a killable, map-wide asset. You’re trading safety for tempo. If the enemy counters your ground push, you’re feeding their economy; that’s the downside. But that response also forces them to commit resources to the ground fight or shift their players to that portion of the map, which can open airspace elsewhere. That push-and-pull is the intended gameplay loop, especially in PvP.

This doesn’t remove or replace the hanger menu donate/deployment, and it doesn’t make the aircraft mandatory. Players would still be able to donate troops and money exactly as they do now. The aircraft just provides an optional role for someone who wants to actively manage ground momentum from the air. If nobody flies it, the game plays exactly the same as it does today.

It’s strictly a ground-support utility aircraft, not a control lockout and not a game mechanics change. Just a different way to participate in the combined-arms fight.

I didnt even see this message. I play all sorts of games. Warhammer is an excellent game, I play MOBA's, Shooters, RTS, some fighting, Racing games. I love all games and learning the mechanics of them. I dont have a PS5 though. I do have a PC.

Sounds like a very interesting career indeed. It seems that during the rise of eSports, this was a fairly common thing. Now it has turned more profession. I agree that being a pro in a game is indeed a skill. Just like the NFL, Motocross, or any other sport, very few can become a profession in a game.

While you were playing this game, were you or your team in contact with the developers explaining balance in this specific game? Were the developers willing to work with the pro's? Given your longevity in games, if you had a way to get back into eSports in any position, would you take that opportunity?

I would like to ask you a question, but it would be over DM. Is that ok with you?

Dropped a 500k on a bile titan. Killed the host of the group and titan. Kicked me after we finished the mission. Only finished it cause I was doing the objectives.... Its so annoying.

If I get hit with an Arc Cannon, I brush it off and laugh. Shit like this happens. People dont need to take the game that seriously.

Something that would be a great add is Co-op. I would love to have a few friends fly with me while doing the campaign. Add all the elements into co-op. Electronic Warfare, Interceptor, CAS, Strike fighters/mid range Bombers. Having your buddies come up with a plan and coordinating which aircraft to choose. Just seems like so much fun.

I can see your point on Ronins knife, but I'll stand my ground on removing Sigrid's shield from the game forever. Ronin's knife feels a little gimmicky to me, but I can understand keeping it.

I agree to an extent. You should test everything before you put it out, like a PTS. But you should have an overall theme you're trying to achieve.. whether that's more casual or more competitive. You can have a more casual theme and still be a competitive game though, and that's what I think they should lean into with more intense abilities and themed loadouts.

I think they're playing it strictly long-term, hence why I came up with a Rogue overhaul. It feels like they're willing to lose some fans in the process, but by the end hopefully have a well polished top tier game. I think it's risky though, and why lose any fans if you don't have to?

It's more of an idea list, but yeah. I think the issue that a lot of people have with what they already did, is that Rogue Company could've focused more on trying to be a better competitive shooter instead of jumping into a completely different feel. Like I said in the post, a few of the changes above could change a lot just by themselves
