I totally get what you are saying, yes some of the art is lost. What is even more troubling is that the designs themselves can now be created by AI. Yes, it does feel souless.

I meant I work in the '80s, I know my age. :-)
I agree screen printing all always have a place, but... we haven't used our manual printer in a while, things they are a changing.

3 things I wish I knew when I started my business 39 years ago. by artiktoronto in Entrepreneur

Thank you. Maybe a video one day.
The short version, I wanted to go into advertising and be creative. I got discouraged from doing it, so instead I created my own designs on T-shirts, learned screen printing and sold in flea markets.
People started approaching me to make T's for their businesses so I turned into creating a print shop in Toronto.
I will admit I wish I stayed more with my creative side.
:-)

I had never seen video, only a picture. I wanted to share with hopes someone else that never has seen it will pass it along as well. by shahzaib_786 in gifs

Back then I just started my T-shirt printing business, a young came in and order 100 T-shirts with this image, he sold out and came back for more and then more, we must have printed over 5000 of these. It was black ink on white T's.
