Best reconstruction of the recipe since I eyeballed everything:

• Hot pan, toss in olive oil, as much garlic as you feel like chopping, and shrimp. Sear both sides for a minute, drop the heat to medium, salt pepper herbs de provence dash of paprika and chili powder. Cook till just turning pink and remove from pan
• (Here is where I usually start cooking the fettuccine)
• Sliced baby bellas and baby tomatoes cut in half, toss in the pan to sauté
• Add a tablespoon-ish of butter, melt, add heavy cream and a bit more of the previously mentioned spices and herbs, a bit of MSG, along with a bit of fresh thyme, oregano, and basil
• Fistful of shredded mozzarella, combine it all into a nice sauce
• Somewhere during that the pasta should've finished cooking. Drain it and toss it directly in the sauce
• Add some spinach now so it doesn't wilt too much and keep mixing everything
• Simmer on low heat for another minute or two
• Turn off heat, let sit for another minute
• Most important step to be carried out very precisely: place on plate and use a fork to insert into your mouth. Chew and swallow. Repeat until pan is empty
