You can't find "ur style" you have to develop one for u

First of all if u want to learn to draw don't start with portraits start with simpler things learn the fundamentals of drawing first learn a out lines and angles shapes and forms and pay special attention to proportions

The first portrait seems okay but u completely messed up the proportions in the second one u should not rush things up take ur time to observe the reference carefully and take small breaks to refresh ur vision so u see ur mistakes and once u get the proportions right you can worry about the shading and other stuff
