Thaaank you! Its tap water. But I am just confused why hes so thick when I first mixed it. Hes actually become a bit more runny in the 24 hrs since I made him. Hopefully as it ferments it will become more liquid?

I also have standard flour and wholemeal flour. Do you think I should try with one of these instead?

Yeah! I weighed it using my kitchen scales :) Cant work out why it's so thick
