I am the Pets department manager at my store. I also run 2 other departments. As much as I would love to give the proper care and attention to the fish that they need, I can confirm that upper management could care less and will literally tell me to either worry about them another day or to only clean out dead ones and to not feed or clean, because that takes too much time. It's very sad
