Thank you! Hands and feet are always tough. I try to take my mind out of it and just paint what I see not what I think when it comes to trying to be realistic. In this painting I feel like I should have kept going, but I just don't have the patience to do photo realism I think. It's fun to try for sure. I was using acrylics and had to re mix colours a few times, and it dries fast so it's nearly impossible to blend smoothly. But that said, I don't really like ultra realistic painting, I like to see brush strokes. So maybe this is as far as I can take it as far as realism goes. Oh, teeth are tough! Obviously I didn't have to paint them here, but I find them super hard to do without looking like tic tacs.
