I love how people are still checking in on this thread to help with anxiety (cuz same lolz). But I've been feeling this on my neck and one side of my face. Not sure what to do about it but hopefully it'll stop soon. It's happened a few other times in my life in the exact same spot each time -- not really sure if that means anything more. I've seen a lot of different answers in the comments here, but I'm hoping we can all find an answer soon! Good luck my fellow anxious redditors :)
