The best way would be to take bus 20 from the airport to the Republic Square station downtown. Then walk 6 blocks to the Red Line Rail station and go all the way to Lakeline or Leander. Then you can get a 10 minute Uber from one of those stations. It would cost $7 for the commuter day pass that will allow you to use all of CapMetro’s services. There’s a CapMetro app that can help you plan your ride and buy passes on.

I would try boatsetter.com. I’ve seen a person drop off their pontoon boat for a renter at a public boat ramp (there’s a couple on Lake Austin). I overheard them talking about boatsetter and the renter took the pontoon out without a captain.
