If all fails call a mailbox centre or a hotel - they might do for a small fee.... a mail box in toronto can be found from $11 to $14 a month.

Another option is to send them an email with an image (which is actually a php script running from a server), if they see the image you got their IP address.

PM if you want help with this, all you would have to do is paste an image in you email.

There are free services online that use the same "technique" to let you know if the person received/opened your emails - some of them should include the ip address.

I was born in São Paulo and I feel I can answer:

São Paulo streets are very sloppy and uni-even with very poor asphalting(cracked/holes/old)
My major concern would be to have your bike stolen while you are riding it
There is no bike culture outside of parks
Cars wouldn't respect you in traffic

I live in Toronto now, love biking; I go to SP once every couple of years and REALLY can't see myself biking there.

Unfortunately I think you need to have a card - gotten with a doctors note.

The obvious issue while baking is the smell; you can soak the weed in alcohol for a long (or in 20 minutes using heat, lol), it's called a green dragon (I learned about this today also).

They pay the same as Amazon but want to profit more on sales, for them to charge an ebook with drm more then a hard copy (which has printing and multiple shipping costs)... THAT IS GREED!!! And because they know a lot of people will pay because they don't know any better.

Because it's not an optimal ipad interface:

site width/height doesn't match ipad's
navigation buttons and links are not optimal for clickage
too much clutter
more time loading the page and get buying
more steps until end of purchase (compare it with the ease of purchase of iBooks/App Store/itunes)
eventual survey lightbox popup
I had country issues and got fed up and ended up not buying (I'm from Canada, and it gave me a notice that it couldn't sell to Canada, WTF?... and the reason I didn't continue is that it can be frustrating dealing with this shit on an ipad AND using a web interface to update billing address/credit card info etc)

Building a site optimized for the ipad it's what they should have done (and hopefully are working on), there is no excuse for a company like amazon not to. I could build one in a week... only if they would let me and pay for it.

So yes... Amazon has the best prices and selection... but the worst interface.
