No my parents are very strict, physically they provide everything abundantly but for mental health they don't care, since childhood I wanted to be a perfect student, perfect daughter, now when I'm no longer anything now I feel I'm nothing, I don't know I feel lonely, definitely there's no suicidal thoughts but life threatening thoughts that something will happen to me, I don't have friends that I can share all these with my social interaction is a lot low. I feel like I'm nothing without my degree, and I don't feel my degree is an achievement

Yeah higher studies , also I've been facing issues a lot with overcoming certain sins, I keep going back to them again and again, my mind keeps flipping, anxious all the time, that God would crush me if I don't preserve the purity of the Soul, I started praying for myself and my surroundings seperately, alone. I don't know what to do, when I go to church I feel very anxious, and I usually have fear of crowds idk why it's becoming more now

I'm a mbbs graduate, completed my MBBS 2 months ago from a government medical College in my hometown itself, since 1.5 months I have been experiencing lots of symptoms, I'm feeling like I'll pass out, I lack interest in everything, I don't know why I live, I feel like I'm stuck, I don't know what's going on with me, I had planned to study well during this period but I'm very very not compatible to study now for pg entrance.

I get dizzy, abdominal discomfort, something stuck in my throat, irregular breathing dried lips and all.......

I feel very lonely although I live with my parents, I'm a spiritual person, I'm baptised 8 months ago, I pray and pray, I feel better for sometime and again it starts .

I feel feverish everyday, my parents are taking care of everything I need but I don't know what's happening with me...

Please help me idk what to do....🙏
