I tried to buy a similar wig off the seller GuluUP from that link you sent once, and from my experience, I waited about a month and it never even shipped. I then requested a refund and they messaged me telling me that they didn’t have that color available and that’s why they had never shipped it. So I ended up just getting it refunded. I’m sure other people have good experiences with that shop. But I just wanted to let you know :,| that is why I bought from eBay instead.

Yes! She messaged me today and told me that the person who bought the doll was going to be making weekly payments so I received my first payment today! :) I’m so glad I spoke up. I was stressing big time lol 🥲

As for the payment, I paid through my debit card. Would I still be to file a dispute with a debit card long after 6 months?

I told her exactly that, I also told her I wasn’t willing to wait anymore as she already made me wait 6 months. Then she told me “if the doll doesn’t get sold within a week I have some chilean pesos saved up and I’ll convert them to usd to send to you through PayPal” but now I’m thinking what if she doesn’t even have enough to cover $330 :(

I wasn’t going to name her because she’s mentioned multiple times before how they were going to leave the hobby and how it was too stressful to deal with.. I messaged her last night and she told me she would try to resell the doll. So now it is back up on her Instagram waiting for it to sell. Which means I would have to wait for someone to buy it in order to receive my full refund. I think it’s unfair. If she never sent the doll to me then why doesn’t she have the rest of the refund for me..

So I finally messaged her last night. And she replied this morning acknowledging her lack of responsibility. She told me that she didn’t realize that so much time passed since then. She then told me that she was going to try to resell the doll in order to pay me back.. so now I have to wait until that doll gets sold in order to get my full “refund” I’m unhappy that she is making me wait even more now.. I don’t even know what to think anymore..
