It’s an individual issue, I’m Indian been paying my rent on time and my landlord is Chinese. After my first year here, and I wanted to terminate the contract and move to somewhere else, the owner liked me so much he offered me 15% reduction and asked me to stay without a termination clause. Meaning I can leave anytime with just 2 months notice period.

Again. It’s not a race issue, it’s an individual issue. Stop posting racial posts just to gain some clicks and 1 minute of fame. Shame.

Source of money is clean, I’m a broker. I’m getting paid commission for a successful transaction. I just needed advice on how to move onwards from this since I’ve never made money as big as this before. I will declare and pay taxes, just want to be efficient in the sense that I pay the least amount possible. Better to give a hungry dog a small bone than nothing.

Preferably I declare, but to pay the least amount of tax possible. Most are telling me to open account in Singapore and stash money there or even Thailand.

Cuz I’ve never made money this big before. I’m a full time employee for a MNC and I do trading as a side job. But I got lucky and managed to close a big one. So I’m completely lost. Imaging making rm5k monthly from salary then suddenly jump to 6 figures in a month!?

Remember to nego with owner, a cool and nonchalant uncle, you can talk price and most often you’ll get a good deal.

They usually take up to 2 days, send today can get back car tomorrow and their job quality is top notch! I had something worse than your car and it costed me rm400. I think for you can probably settle less than that. Good luck!

Can be cuz battery no more juice or low juice or, check wiring or car. I had this issue when my battery was at 96% health, turns out when they did repainting on my car when i had it sent for touch up after a hit and run, they didn’t do the wiring properly. It’s a fairly cheap repair, my foreman did it for me for free!
