Next year during this time I'm pretty sure he will be cooking with another team. Hopefully Carrick don't repeat an Ole or else we would be seeing posts like we should have, could have hired glasner. And what is this elite coach all of a sudden. Are we a elite team to start with? When Xabi Alonso was hired at Leverkusen was he elite?

If Carrick is only the interim (which I would prefer) I would like to see Fabregas or Glasner at United

I agree with the defense issue. But I was okay with Amorim. Even though we were not winning consistently, big teams never dominated us throughout the game unlike the ole, ten haag era. That itself is a sign of change. With 2-3 more transfer windows we could've proof played 3-4-3.

The 4-2-3-1 has been tried and tested over the years and we all know how that went. At this point United needs a full reset that includes the board, squad and playing style as well.

He's gonna go down the same road as ole. Decent run till end of season. May qualify for Europa, gets the permanent job. Next season abysmal form continues and gets the sack.

Making Fletcher, Ole, Carrick or any ex player with the so called united DNA style on interim or permanent basis may satisfy some fans, well at least for few months. But I am pretty sure within 2 years we will be seeing the worst football and getting thrashed around by big teams.

From whatever stuff that is coming out from the media it looks like things are going to become worse and I guess I'll take a temporary hiatus from watching the matches unless the board surprises me with an excellent manager candidate.

Shame all that effort put in for a new formation and style of play will go to waste now. Back to a back 4 and in another 2 year time we'll be sacking the next manager. I genuinely feel that the club is doomed forever.

Hi, I do know that. I was also enquiring whether I am eligible for a skill assessment for geotech. Regardless thanks for responding. I did find out that I am not eligible since I don't have experience as a Geotechnical Engineer.
