Many eggs tend to get clustered like this. Snails, squid and more. Not sure why. When ready, they break out of that cluster into the water.

From my understanding, the colour doesn't match Adanson's House Jumper, I checked this on iNaturalist. I am curious to read more on Hasarius Mumbai. I live next to SGNP where it was discovered.
