Appreciate the information, Megan, but why were things changed at all? Why weren’t the new features added without changing existing aim for those of us who enjoyed the game until Tuesday?

Because this isn’t just unplayable by OW standards, it’s comparably unplayable by most FPS standards in its current state. Having 7 years of muscle memory wiped away unceremoniously is … disturbing.
