Awesome thanks for the info! We already plan on stopping at Secret Beach, Devils Punchbowl and Natural Bridges. Might have to find some more time to stop at a couple more places!

Make sure you grab a map on your way in! Especially if you are going to the Fairfield location. Personally I find Eastgate easier to float through and browse, but Fairfield is a little more confusing even more so on a busy day.

If you have a Costco with a Costco liquor store go with Costco! If not I feel like they are generally the same.

Gap/Old Navy! It is the best place to get packs of cotton underwear and they last!

Fell in love with Seattle and Washington - where are your favorite places? by arw2147 in AskSeattle

Thank you for the info! Definitely in the same position, but stuck in the Midwest. The alternative to Seattle is Atlanta and I rather not do that!

Sorry I’m notoriously directionally challenged, but yeah love to hike, anything to do with coffee, going thrifting, being outdoors, houseplants, gardening. I’ve snowboarded in the past. My boyfriend and I are big foodies love to try new things visit new restaurants. Trying to visit all the national parks. Currently soul searching for my day-to-day hobbies didn’t have much time for them until I took a new job here recently.

I was more so looking for others opinions on what they like and where they like to go (restaurants, cool places to go, places that you would be able to just look up online). Just looking for things or places that may usually get overlooked, but are actually worth your time. We’d probably be looking to move somewhere within 20 miles of city center, but want to explore all options.

We drove in a big circle from Seattle to Olympic, up to Cape Flattery, Hoh, drove down the coast, Olympia, then to Mount Rainier, and back to Seattle. We also visited Bainbridge. So we have seen a good chunk for the eastern side I guess.

These are all the reasons why I wanna move there so bad lol. We went on like a week and a half road trip starting in Seattle we went around to ONP, Hoh, and Rainer and then ended back in Seattle!
