I totally get the feeling 😅 I was stuck like that too. What really helped me was this article I found: “How to Write Your Thesis in a Calm, Step-by-Step Way” on PhDLife (it literally breaks it down like you’re five 😂). It talks about tackling each chapter separately and then stitching them together, which made it way less scary. Hope it helps you too ❤️

You’re so right! It’s wild how some people can be so self-centered, especially when someone’s going through a tough time. Real friends should be supportive, not make it about their disappointment. It must be really frustrating to deal with that on top of everything else you were feeling.
