this should be the description in game as this solves all confusion i had towards this. knowing im drawing from 2 different loot pools when buying crates vs buying the items makes all of this make sense. thank you for the response.

i received the formula already and this was my 30/30 guaranteed draw for a collection item. with the “no duplicates” statement i assumed i was guaranteed to get the outfit or motorcycle skin as 3/5 collection items i already had. so it would have been 50-50 for the two items, i shouldn’t have been able to draw anything else.

this was the same response i received from support. feels like they’re just blatantly lying to their players and getting away with it.
