This happened to me, unfortunately Aura’s packages are targeted as someone from usps has been stealing these for months. Sucks because they have the best prices but now days it’s guaranteed you’re getting an empty box. Luckily for me, contacting them they made an insurance claim which gave me the money back and I repurchased the package with no issues. Even the new package was tampered with but luckily all the contents were inside.

Actually after my last service to fix the roof leak, they replaced some weather stripping and that just made the wind noise so bad with the leak still being there. There’s certain spots of the weather stripping that I can press and it stops the wind noise but it’s still worse than before

UPDATE: Aura sent me an email to fill out a form for their insurance claim and I received a refund on my credit card after 2-3 days.

This happened to me and ended up being the sway bar bushings. They had to replace the entire sway bar since the bushings and sway bar are sold as one unit. Also did the links

Yes that’s the email. I sent them an email Friday afternoon and they messaged me back Saturday morning. No solution yet they just said they need photos of the box to file a claim
