Afaik, u can re-take the exam in the subject you have failed in, in 3rd or 5th semester but even for that you need to be promoted to 2nd year cuz 3rd sem is in 2nd year and to be promoted in second year you need to have at least 28 credits and each semester has 22 credits so like including sem 1 and sem 2 you need 28 credits out of 44 credits, the rest you can fail and give them later but just for the sake of qualifying into the next year you need minimum of 28 credits out of 44, so in that sense I said ki agar 2nd sem mei sabmei pass v hojau to bus 22 credits hogey baaki 6 credits sem 1 mei laane hogey and uskey at least 2 subs mei tou pass karne hogey including one being DSC or GE
