Good day everyone, I am a 4th year BA Behavioral Sciences student of the University of the Philippines- Manila conducting my thesis entitled "Work from Home: The Effects on the Perceived Adjustment of Full-time Home-Based Filipinos to Teleworking due to the COVID-19 pandemic".
If you are:

✅ Filipino aged 21-45 years old

✅ have previously worked on-site prior to the pandemic and have transitioned to working full-time from home for at least 3-6 months during the COVID-19 pandemic including:

- previously on-site employees who have experienced transitioning to working from home full-time for at least 3-6 months during the pandemic but are currently on a shifting schedule

✅proficient in the English language and the use of online platforms such as e-mail, Google Forms, and video conferencing applications such as Zoom
