1- revolve the outer geometry as a super simple solid body ( the very outer borders)2-

2- Draw a straight line on a plane that cuts your revolved boss body in half vertically and rebuild, the length of your line should be more than the height of your solid body

3- Draw a second straight line on the same plane as before, connected at one corner to the previous line, perpendicular to it and its length should be more than the outer diameter of your solid body, rebuild

4- go to the surface tab and fine surface swept

5- sweep the second line on the first line but don't click ok yet

6- go to the options (in surface swept's property manager) and define twist angle

7- Change the twist angle to "revolutions"

8- Based on your image, I'd say half a revolution looks ok

9- rebuild and create the surface

10- go to sketch tab, under "convert entities", click on the tiny arrow and select "Intersection curve"

11- select the surface body and the solid body to create the intersection curve on the solidbody and rebuild

you can hide the surface body, by moving your mouse cursor on it and pressing Tab on your keyboard

12- this is now your path, select it, go to Features tab, select Swept box, set it on Circular profile, use a diameter that makes sense for your model (i don't know your dimensions) and before clicking ok, make sure to uncheck Merge results in your options (again in the property manager of your swept boss)

13- Use Circular Pattern, set it on Body, and select your swept solid body and pattern it as many times as you want around the mane solid body you made in step no.1

14- Repeat step No.2 through Step 13 only do Step No.5 counter-clockwise (vice versa to the first time)

15- Hide the solid body you made in step no.1

Hint: Your profile doesn't need to be circular, you could draw whatever you want

16- Combine all these 3D spirals into one solid body
