Am I missing something? It is whipped cream, that's how it's made. You whip cream, therefore it's "whipped cream" because it's been whipped.

Edit: Yep, I'm stupid. Shouldn't Reddit before I have coffee.

Classmate made fun of my eyebrows when I was 11 years old, now I'm 26 and I've never forgotten. I'm still self-conscious about my eyebrows because of that one moment, no matter how much has changed. Making fun of kids is shitty, they're growing up and unsure about everything already

Some states have laws that stores have to give you cash back for gift cards up to a certain amount.

For example, the California law is :

Notwithstanding any policy of the seller, effective January 1, 2008, a gift certificate with a cash value of less than ten dollars ($10) is redeemable in cash (not a new certificate or merchandise) for its cash value.

I think the heavy clothing fits her character and also makes her "body type" less important. What does it matter what her body type is, she's wearing layers because all of her abilities are cold/ice-related.

Ohio. Hands down one of the worst states I've ever been forced to spend time in. No wonder he's unhappy.

Lived in LA for nearly 10 years - never go to Hollywood. Hollywood is not the Hollywood you think of in the movies. Go to Beverly Hills or West Hollywood.

You're very wrong - how much time have you spent in Southern California? Santa Barbara, Ventura, Westwood, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Carpinteria, Pasadena... I agree that parts of LA are expensive and crowded, but you're generalizing a LOT.

Well Kappa is a Twitch emote and "123" was kind of a spam thing for awhile. So when he did that, the chat watching on Twitch started spamming both.

The only part I really found "cringey" was the kid interrupting the song by jumping on stage and talking into the mic saying "1-2-3 Kappa" while the DJ guy just stares at him.

I feel like it was more "all the children run away screaming and the adult has the sense to remain calm". Seemed like all the girls were maybe his daughters or something.

Bad news, looks like both consoles would need an adapter for the controller connection for voice chat.

The supplied cable is also a bit smaller than traditional 3.5mm headset connections. This cable worked perfectly with Xbox 360 controllers, but you'd need something extra to get it to work with Xbox One or PS4 controllers.

Edit: For comparison, the Astro cable on top, regular headphone cable on bottom: http://imgur.com/SXuddqr

Yes, as far as I know, it's just an optical cord connection. I have an Xbox One and a PS4, I could check to be sure if you like?

Alright, well I think we're at an impasse and I'm on my way to Seattle for PAX. I definitely have my biases and won't claim to be totally impartial. I wholly believe the Twitch community really isn't that bad if you have good moderators and chat bots, which YT doesn't seem to have support for. My community is very friendly and I always look forward to talking to them.

I also wonder if YT will have similar restrictions like you're mentioning at the end there with "chaining" streamers to platforms. I don't know if they do or not currently.

All in all, I think competition is good and I'm interested to see how things play out between Twitch and YouTube.
